At Lirika Matoshi, we want you to feel as magical as our designs; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
